What to expect in your Virtual Happy Hour

Frequently Asked Questions

• Do you customize boxes? YES! Contact us to see how you can customize your cocktail boxes.
• Do the boxes include alcohol? Alcohol is NOT included with the boxes. In some states we may be able to help with facilitating alcohol being delivered separate of the cocktail box. 
• How much lead time do you need? We ask that you give us at least a three week lead time. If this isn't possible, we are happy to rush an order for you. Rush fees may apply.
• Do you ship to individual participants? Yes! We will send the boxes out with plenty of advanced time between when you order and when the boxes are expected for the Happy Hour. 
• What will the mixologist talk about during the Happy Hour? Our mixologist will keep everyone entertained by going over details about the cocktail, information about the company, fun facts about the cocktails/ingredients, and more. When you're ready for us to leave the call so you can enjoy your beverages and conduct business, we will say "Cheers" and be on our way. 
• Do you charge for shipping? Yes & No. The price of your box includes free ground shipping to the lower 48 states. If you need your box quicker, expedited shipping charges will apply. If you are shipping outside the US, additional shipping charges will apply. Faster shipping deadlines are typically more expensive.  
• Can you ship outside of the United States? Yes! We are not permitted to ship fresh fruit or vegetables outside of the country, but we can substitute with juices that will be permitted across your country's border. 
• Is there a limit to how many boxes I can get? We can accommodate an order of any size.  Advanced notice is required for extremely large orders.
